What does Talented Teen Club do?
Talented Teen Club strives to reach, teach, guide, and inspire underserved youths toward healthy ways of living. The organization engages at-risk youth in year-round programming — building skills, nurturing relationships, and providing resources that help youths thrive in challenging circumstances such as living in group homes, foster care, or multi-generational poverty.

Our efforts begin at the most foundational level, providing education and resources for healthy hygiene, good nutrition, and other forms of self-care. From there, we foster the development of skills that build confidence and opportunity, such as physical fitness through our track program, grooming and career skills through hair design workshops, and character development through ongoing mentoring and coaching.
How does your agency benefit the community?
The Talented Teen Club organization offers support to Palm Beach County teenagers to help them gain self-sufficiency through mentorship, leadership and skill development. It provides resume-writing guidance, employment training and gives clothing and hygiene products to needy youth.
What is your agency’s focus for the future?
Continuing to engage additional at-risk youth to develop competence in academic, social, and vocational skills; confidence – positive self-identity for all teens; connections to leaders, entrepreneurs, community, family, and peers; and character – positive values, integrity, and moral commitment.
