When can I view my portraits?

At the conclusion of your portrait session we will be happy to schedule your "View and Choose" appointment. Typically, this appointment will be scheduled 1-2 weeks following the session but depending on the time of the year, it may be possible to schedule it sooner. We also offer a digital slide show disk where you make a payment of $100.00 and if you call and schedule an appointment to place your portrait order within ten days of when the disk is ready for viewing and pick up, $90.00 of this will be applied to your purchase. Ten dollars goes towards the burning the disk. However, if you are not sure that you will be able to order your portraits within this time, with an appointment, then this may not be a good option.

What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor portrait session?

If it is raining where you are, please call our office at 433-2333 and see if it is raining at our office, or where ever we will be having the session. If it is raining at our location, where we plan to do the photography, we will call you and let you know also. In Southwest Louisiana, many times thunderstorms may be in one area, but not in another. A portrait session being rained out will be rescheduled.

What happens after I schedule my session?

We discuss possibilities for clothing, backgrounds, and possible places you may be considering placing the portrait in your home, so that the finished portraits are perfect for where you plan to display them!

When do I pay my Session Fee?

Your session time is set-aside just for you and we want make sure that you receive the personal attention you deserve. In order to accomplish this, we require pre-payment for all session fees. Please have a debit or credit card available when calling or coming by to schedule your session. We do not accept American Express. We will be happy to take your information over the phone and save you a trip. If you prefer to come by and pay by check or cash, this will be fine.
