About Us

Victor Monsour captures the story behind the photo with his outstanding photography. Monsour's photographic artistry is well noted through out the south. The Louisiana Professional Photographers Association has selected him as the leading photographer in the state of Louisiana.

Since graduating from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California in December of 1979, Monsour has only sharpened and perfected his passion for photography. At Brooks Institute, Monsour received his Bachelors Degree of Photographic Science. He also finished with Portrait and Industrial Photography majors and was selected as the top graduate in his class in the Portrait Division. He received four scholarships while attending Brooks Institute.

Monsour was selected along with five other students to create a multi-media presentation and artist NASA photographers at Aims Research Center (NASA) in Sunnyvale, CA.
